Overview
As a Senior Account Executive on the Chicago Region Toyota Dealer Association (TDA) , you will work closely with the Regional TDA Account Management and Media Planning Teams.
Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
+ This position consists of executing daily tasks in support of the Account Supervisor(s), and agency Management Director. The Senior Account Executive will be part of the Saatchi & Saatchi Account Services team working on the Toyota retail advertising business in the Chicago Region.
+ Manage regional advertising activities (creative, media, sponsorships, budgets & production) for assigned client groups.
+ Make media and sponsorship recommendations for assigned client group based on a deep understanding of the client’s industry, business, and objectives.
+ Regularly conduct client meetings in-person and on video conference.
+ Attends client, internal and partner status meetings.
+ Assists Account Supervisor with various client deliverables.
+ As the primary client contact, the Senior Account Executive will be required to develop positive relationships with clients through diligent client service which will include travel for in-person meetings. .
+ The position will require the Senior Account Executive to build solid relations with other agency departments (Creative, Media, Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations.
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ 3-4+ years agency or client account service experience
+ Thorough knowledge of Keynote, Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Thorough understanding of Social Media and the Digital media landscape.
+ Some degree of advertising agency experience is preferred as the job requires a high level of understanding of advertising principles and agency functions.
+ Knowledge of integrated communications is preferred; prior experience in retail advertising and/or the automotive category is a plus, but not required.
