*About the role*
LumApps is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our US team, preferably based in Austin, Chicago, New York, or San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a strategic existing book of customer accounts with an objective to renew and grow the business. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented and consultative seller, eager to make a significant impact and be financially rewarded for their contributions
*What you will do*
Develop account plans to prospect, nurture, renew and close new business, while ensuring coverage across your North America-based customer accounts;
Demonstrate ability to own and drive the process for strategic deals (6-7 figure opportunities);
Build customer relationships with multiple stakeholders including the C-suite and core teams;
Effectively engage internal resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance opportunities, collaborating with sales engineers, professional services, and product managers;
Collaborate with the Customer Success team on customer satisfaction, and to drive technical, user and business success within your assigned accounts;
Build strong relationships with partners on existing accounts;
Participate in customer marketing events to engage customers and to help build regional user groups.
*What we are looking for*
5-10 years of successful experience with B2B SaaS solution selling, focused on nurturing and uncovering new business opportunities within existing accounts;
Understanding and applying sales methodologies like MEDDIC;
Strong ability to communicate and to be detail-oriented;
Proven ability to meet and exceed a $1 million sales quota, while creating and driving client-centered strategies;
Ability to create and nurture pipeline;
Salesforce.com experience to accurately keep track of, and forecast opportunities, including the ability to create quotes;
Preferred experience with selling intranet packaged solutions, portals or employee experience platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow and/or Google or Microsoft;
Comfortable with 25-30% travel annually;
Bachelor's degree, preferred.
