Position Overview:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from discovery meetings to negotiating pricing and closing deals. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery meetings for both inbound and outbound leads to thoroughly understand the client's needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure they are well-informed and prepared for client interactions.
- Conduct successful SME calls to enhance the client’s understanding of our solutions.
- Send consultation guides to prospects post-discovery.
- Lead pricing negotiations, ensuring that clients receive competitive and tailored proposals.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.
- Update CRM systems regularly with accurate and detailed information.
- Execute 50 outbound dials per day to connect with potential clients within your assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience and a proven track record of success in a consultative sales role
- Ability to manage all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through closing deals.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and prospective leads.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Preferred certification in a leading edge Sales Training Program such as Sandler Training, Challenger Sale, SPIN selling, etc
- Experience negotiating pricing on sales above $50,000 a plus
