We seek a dynamic, professional, solutions-focused Licensed Senior Account Manager to join our Personal Lines Team! The Senior Account Manager's primary role is to provide exceptional service to our clients, seek opportunities to grow business, be a peer to team members, and support a positive work culture.
Are you an experienced insurance veteran looking for a change of scenery? Great, your base salary will start between $50,000 and $55,000, with additional commissions and bonuses. Hybrid opportunities are available based on experience and after initial onboarding.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate active listening, rapport building, empathy, and solutions-focused problem solving when engaging with customers
- Creating, advising, and providing professional, personalized insurance proposals based on the needs of the client
- Effectively identifying other needs in client conversations so we can connect with our different departments to assist (i.e., Life, Benefits, Business)
- Identifying claims situations and addressing them with empathy, urgency, and solutions-focused problem-solving for our clients
- Awareness of workflow, policies, and procedures, maintaining activity notations in compliance with agency procedures, as well as increasing job-specific knowledge
Requirements
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Prior experience in a Personal Lines Insurance role, Independent Agency experience a plus
- Working knowledge of all personal lines insurance, insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets, and applicable insurance laws/codes/regulations
- Working experience with Applied Epic a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills--self-managed, proactive, ability to multi-task, organized, emotional intelligence and self-awareness, team player
- Friendly, cheerful, helpful, client-focused, and professional attitude with the ability to maintain professionalism and positivity in a fast-paced environment
