Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager with expertise in Account Management and Remarketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the material handling equipment industry, along with proven success in managing customer relationships, driving sales, and executing remarketing strategies. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction, exploring new business opportunities, and leading the efforts in remarketing off-lease equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account Oversight: Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication with current clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying potential opportunities and addressing any concerns. Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts to encourage loyalty and recurring business.
Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the material handling equipment market. Utilize industry knowledge and market insights to attract prospective clients and convert them into long-term customers. Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through effective strategies.
Remarketing Strategy & Execution: Take charge of the remarketing efforts for off-lease equipment. Oversee the entire process, from preparing equipment for resale to collaborating with dealers, end-users, and wholesalers to optimize asset values and achieve optimal resale results.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute remarketing and account management strategies. Regularly evaluate market trends, customer demands, and competitive factors to refine business development and sales tactics.
Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with internal teams, such as sales, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesion and alignment in achieving organizational goals. Provide senior management with consistent updates on account performance, remarketing initiatives, and sales results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management and remarketing, specifically within the material handling equipment industry.
Skills: Proven expertise in managing client accounts, driving sales, and implementing remarketing strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the material handling equipment market, including the latest trends, dynamics, and challenges.
