Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and enter journal entries
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliation & bank account reconciliations
- Process Weekly and Monthly internal management reports
- Process monthly sales tax returns
- Record and reconcile intercompany activity
- Maintain cash position forecasting model
- Record daily cash activity
- Maintain depreciation and fixed asset schedules
- Validate Accounts Payable GL coding
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets
- Prepare annual audit schedules
- Special projects and other duties as assigned (M&A)
