Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to fill an opening with a large multi-national manufacturing company that is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan
Requirements of the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor s degree from a four-year university in Accounting, Finance
- 8+ years of relevant automotive accounting experience
- Experience with report writing using database connections
- Proficient technical knowledge of ERP systems
- Data Analytics experience is preferred
- Ideal person will have a solid understanding of the flow of accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Manufacturing industry experience is required

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Invoicing and reconciliation of all OEM tooling and samples
- Monthly reporting responsibilities including price accruals, tool amortization values, ship history, raw material, and open monies
- Customer contract processing; track discrepancies
- Provide support for HAM finance team
- Job Management Administrator for all tooling, sample, launch, industrialization, capital and miscellaneous orders
- Monthly Sales Forecast (volume updates and monthly part price changes)
- Tooling Invoice Report / Schedule
- Program Financial updates
- Parts listing updates
- Budget, Sales Coordination, & Strategic Plan forecasts
- Receive in invoices for BSS (Auburn Hills)
