Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile GL accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Manage and process payroll
- Implement and monitor accounting controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct research to resolve accounting issues and support financial processes
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related area of study
- 3+ years experience (healthcare finance preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Payroll processing
