Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounting payroll, invoicing, billing, cash receipts, work order processing, credit, collections, month-end close, journal entries
- Ensure that internal and external reporting deadlines are met
- Reconcile balance sheets and review financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Provide analytical support to sales and marketing for pricing and profitability analysis and bids
- Perform financial analysis and report to management team
- Responsible for capital expenditures and asset management sub-ledger transactions
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Provide audit support to external auditors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years relevant work experience
