Senior Accountant

Our client is looking for a strong senior accountant to join their team. They are a strong non profit that makes a difference in the community. Great team, and in the office just 1 day per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compiles and prepares other payroll data (pension, insurance, and credit union payments)
• Processes payroll deductions.
• Reviews payroll to ensure accuracy.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Performs balance sheet reconciliations.
• Performs daily cash balance analysis.
• Process daily banking duties.
• Performs accounts payable back up duties.
• Performs Depreciation, Capital Budget, Credit Card back up duties.

Qualifications:

• BA in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience
• Payroll experience preferred

Salary $80,000 - $85,000
