Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Develop and maintain financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Utilize NetSuite for financial management and reporting. 

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite.
• Proven experience in finance, budgeting, account closing, and reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work in early-stage startups, with a self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for non-profit work and a commitment to our mission.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
