About the Job
We’re looking for a Senior Accountant with the experience and skills necessary to join our finance team at Tek Experts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing the general accounting functions, including preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports and statements, processing of the bi-weekly payroll, as well as implementing the company’s accounting control procedures.

Compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 - $92,400 annually. Tek Experts provides medical, dental and vision options for each employee.

Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting operational functions to include payroll.
- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial reporting on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate activities of external auditors including interim audit work.
- Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process.
- Evaluate accounting and internal control and implement improvements as needed.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operating cash flows.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and an accountancy accreditation are required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role are required.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience are preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of local accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong focus on transparency and willingness to collaborate with team members across business units.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
