Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Accountant to join a finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring fiscal integrity across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounting activities with meticulous attention to detail
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Execute month-end close procedures efficiently and accurately
• Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with GAAP
• Develop and present accurate financial statements and reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support performance evaluations
• Spearhead process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinate tax activities and manage relationships with external auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software systems
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and relevant financial regulations
• Proven track record in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
