Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of accounting:

• full-cycle accounting for multiple entities
• month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare, review and analyze monthly revenue and expenditures.
• Complete the monthly accounts payable and account reconciliations, revenue, payroll and deferred revenue accruals.
• Track and maintain commission payouts and project costs to ensure accurate billings and invoices.
• Calculations of the monthly franchise and management fees for the local offices.

Qualifications for Senior Accountant Applicants:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related is preferred
• 4+ years of experience is a plus with strong understanding in debits and credits
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Proficient in GAAP, compliance, and reporting standards

• Experience working with multi-locations or work in public accounting/client services is a plus

Salary up to $85k depending upon experience + Great benefits and bonus
