Senior Accountant

Our client is a logistics company located in East Rutherford, New Jersey (20 minutes from Midtown, NY) and they are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.

What the Senior Accountant will do:

• Bank and account reconciliations for both the US + Canada
• Compiling reports as needed related to income statement, location analysis, via Quickbooks + Netsuite
• Assist with system implementation tasks as needed related to data input
• Additional day to day accounting functions including preparing financial statements, month/quarterly/yearly close, journal entries

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Accounting Experience
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
• -Experience with Quickbooks or Netsuite a plus, Strong Excel experience
• -Detail oriented, organized and flexible
