Senior Accountant - Metyx USA, Inc

The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing month-end reconciliation, financial forecasts, and consolidations; supporting manufacturing departments through the study of financial data; reporting requirements of the US based operations; consolidating data for P&L and ensuring accuracy of physical inventory; and controlling the flow of raw materials, tools, and other assets in the plant.

Requirements:

• Cost Accounting
• Inventory Accounting
• Monthly accounts reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting
• Track expenses and manage the financial process of grants
• Preparing documents for external or internal auditors
• Financial statements review and submittal to Global Controller and CFO
• Account Payable invoice submissions
• Bill.com submissions for payment
• Reconciliations with suppliers, customers, banks and intercompany
• Accounts Receivable aging and order to cash follow up, credit control
• Tax returns, incentives, audits, and state aids programs controls
• CAPEX controls and reportings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting – preferably in a Manufacturing environment
• ERP experience – preferably SAP
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, SAGE
• Some experience in Public Accounting is a plus
