Senior Accountant - Top Stack

Seeking an experienced Senior Accountant specializing in SEC Reporting to join a team in the Baltimore area. This role involves drafting and reviewing financial filings, performing financial analysis, ensuring compliance with SOX, GAAP, SEC, and IFRS standards, and preparing technical accounting memos. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with 1-2 days of remote work.

RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Prepare and draft SEC filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) in compliance with reporting guidelines.
• Draft financial statements and support audit processes.
• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Conduct and review monthly stock-based compensation and equity reconciliations.
• Perform financial analysis, including variance and budget-to-actual analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CPA tracking
