Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate adeptness with the general ledger, encompassing the preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Monitor available cash, report balances, and update information as necessary.
• Conduct bank account reconciliations with a keen focus on accuracy.
• Review final financial statements for 5 store locations and own accounting functions for each location

Qualifications of Senior Accountant

• Associates Degree in Accounting Required, Bachelors Degree in a plus
• 5-7 years of full cycle accounting experience
• Agriculture industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
