What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, coordinate, and review financial statements, statutory reports, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Approve ledger adjustments and reconciliations in line with internal controls and company policies.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements through thorough analysis and collaboration with various departments.
• Oversee internal controls, identify areas for process improvement, and implement enhancements to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Research and apply complex GAAP and statutory accounting principles to unique and evolving business transactions.
• Lead audit support for both internal and external auditors during annual financial and operational reviews.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging automation tools, including robotic process automation, to streamline accounting operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA preferred
• Deep understanding of accounting systems, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Expertise in complex financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000
