About the Company and Opportunity:

• Our client is an established real estate development company.
• Due to a project, they are hiring an Senior Accountant to work 100% onsite in their Washington, DC office.
• Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8-5p, in office in Washington, DC.
• Metro Accessible
• Duration: 4-6 months
• Pay: 40-43/hr depending on experience!

Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

• Bank reconciliations in Yardi
  • 45 properties
  • 100-120 bank reconciliations monthly
• Journal entries
• Assist with month-end close
• Ad hoc projects/reporting

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• 5+ years of Property Accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• YARDI EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
