Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in public accounting, extensive experience in month- and year-end close processes, and has supported mergers and acquisitions. This role will play a vital part in managing financial accuracy and compliance as our company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform and oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Support financial due diligence and integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in public accounting.
• Extensive experience in month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
