Job Summary:
Join a growing manufacturing company that prioritizes employee growth! We're seeking a talented Senior Accountant to enhance financial performance in a fast-paced environment. The position is open due to expansion in the US. This position will be eligible for promotion down the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the lead accounting person for a US Plant.
- Analyze financial data and report findings
- Maintain accurate general ledger, month-end close, and financial statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
- Analyze variances, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
- Full cycle accounting and month end close experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, is required.
- FPA experience.
- Experience with Variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Competitive salary ($90,000 - $112,000) depending upon experience
