In This Role, You Will:
- Conduct reconciliations and analyze balance sheet accounts to confirm financial record accuracy
- Oversee month-end close tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling cash accounts, and handling inter-company entries
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, collaborating across teams to align and integrate systems and processes
- Actively seek and introduce process improvements, partnering with various departments to enhance efficiency
- Develop and update process documentation to support scalability and future growth
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, with expertise in financial close processes (CPA preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a team-oriented approach
- M&A experience and/or healthcare industry background are a plus
