In this role you will performfull Month end close processes including Financial Statements Preparation and Variance Analysis
Candidates with an eye and passion for numbers are desired, as this role is fully scoped in Accounting processes
Advanced Excel experience is required, and they are currently using QuickBooks online

Responsibilities:Perform the Month end close process including:
GL Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Fixed Assets
Accruals, AP/AR, Prepaids
Expense Analysis
Variance Analysis – Actual vs Budget
Financial Statement Preparation
Budget KPI Tracking
Produce Cash Reports
Handle all GAAP Analysis related reporting
Assists with Audits
Experience:Accounting Degree, a MUST
At least 5+ years of experience
Advanced Excel (pivot tables + lookups), Required
QuickBooks Online software, a plus
