Role Responsibilities - Senior Accountant

• Oversee all aspects of insurance-related financial activities
• Coordinate with Joint Venture partners on audits and financial requests
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage property tax processes including timely and accurate property tax filings and payments
• Coordinate retention bond substitution processes and documentation
• Communicate with partners regarding charges/insurance

Preferred Qualifications - Senior Accountant

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a similar field
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
• 5+ years of Accounting Experience
• Construction background is a plus
• CPA is a plus
