Senior Accountant - Creative Financial Staffing

The Senior Accountant:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for investors and other stakeholders
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll accounting
• Maintain effective communication with the finance team and other departments.
• Proactively address accounting challenges and find effective solutions
• Contribute to the company's financial growth and success
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Knowledge of Payroll Processing and Payroll Accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP (or similar software).
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
