Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Accountant
Location: Marin County
Workplace Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year
Compensation Package: With a discretionary bonus of 10-20% (dependent on individual and firm performance)
We are reaching out with an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful investment management firm that recently expanded through the acquisition of a new asset group. With over $1 billion in assets under management and a strong focus on high-net-worth clients, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Marin County.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for an experienced accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing client relationships.
Core Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Management: Bank reconciliations, monthly close processes, and account reconciliations.
- Client-Focused Projects: Ad hoc financial tasks, managing client requests, and collaboration with tax accountants.
- Fund Transfers and Operations: Handling client fund transfers, managing wires, and coordinating transactions with Schwab.
Work Model:
- 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.

Key Qualifications:
- Preferred Background: Experience in public accounting, family offices, or consulting.
- Client Management Skills: Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients effectively.
- Educational Requirement: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
