- Bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Month end close of accounting records for multiple companies.
- Reconcile Credit Card Transactions
- Apply payments to outstanding A/R
- Prepare journal entries for multiple companies.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as assigned.
- Create new processes and efficiencies.
- Strong time management skills
- Good leadership qualities including verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with the rest of the team
- Desire to be constantly learning about the job as well as keeping skills up to date
- Ability to take constructive criticism well
- Accounting/Finance degree
- 1-3 years of accounting/finance experience
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel: Pivot tables, data management, formulas, etc.
