As a Senior Accountant, you will drive strategic financial initiatives, oversee general accounting practices, lead financial automation efforts, and manage cross-functional projects, all of which will shape our financial health and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. This includes monthly reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts, including AR, AP, intercompany, expenses, fixed assets, and revenue
• As necessary, assist with supporting tax filings for annual income tax, periodic sales and use tax, and other added value tax
• Lead financial process design validation and implementation to ensure SOX compliance overall
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure procedures and tasks are completed to meet tight closing deadlines
• Lead financial process automation in the Oracle environment

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent degree
• 7 plus years of related experience; high-tech companies desired
• Experience in a Global Company, preferred
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Advanced credentials such as MBA and CPA, desired
• Cross-functional team leadership and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
• Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
