Senior Accountant - West Buckhead at Creative Financial Staffing

A national leader in real estate development is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage finance and accounting for assigned projects, collaborating closely with directors, equity partners, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly funding requests and coordinate closing statements.
• Facilitate project transitions, including loan closings and land purchases.
• Update budgets monthly and ensure compliance with operating agreements.
• Interact with lenders on draw requests and cash flow calculations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile ledgers.
• Support the in-house property management team and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license required or all four parts of the CPA exam passed
• 1-3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting audit or tax (2 busy seasons)

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
• Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities
