Senior Accountant with Acumatica Experience
We are an innovative education company with a mission to transform learning experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with extensive Acumatica expertise to manage and streamline our accounting processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact across multiple divisions, including international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (AP) Cycle: Oversee the entire AP cycle, from invoice submission and approval to payment processing.
- Workflow Management: Develop and manage complex workflows for each operating division, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Experience with Acumatica security and workflow setup is essential.
- Financial Reporting: Create, test, and implement financial reports for divisional reporting and consolidation within Acumatica.
- International Operations Support: Assist our London office with multi-currency management and VAT tax functionality.
- Budget Management: Load and manage divisional budgets, ensuring timely reporting and oversight.
- Fixed Assets: Support fixed asset tracking for both our US and London offices, including Federal and State books.
- System Management: Administer general Acumatica system functions, including user management, troubleshooting, and researching additional system capabilities.
- Data Imports: Import and organize large sets of financial data into Acumatica to maintain system integrity.
- Subsidiary Integration: Assist with integrating foreign subsidiaries into Acumatica, with plans to bring in five additional entities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with proven expertise in Acumatica ERP.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and multi-currency functions.
- Experience managing workflows and system security in Acumatica.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards, especially VAT and fixed asset management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, including international offices.
