Responsibilities:
- 5+ years Senior/Staff-Accountant experience or relevant work experience
- Experience using QuickBooks 17.0 is required
- Experience with sales and use tax filings
- Experience with fixed assets
- Generates invoices (both sale order invoice and final invoice)
- Responds to customer inquiries and requests in relation to their invoices
- Opens and receives customer payments. Posts to customer open invoices/sales receipts in QuickBooks
- Assists in the processing of credit card payments
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
- Assist in preparing daily deposit
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries
- Assist in generating age analysis
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
