Senior Accounting Manager at Adecco USA

• Manage and oversee financial accounts, payroll, budgeting, cash receipts, and financial assets for multiple entities:

• Plan, implement, and supervise the company’s financial strategy.

• Oversee cash flow forecasting, handle company transactions, and debts.

• Perform financial audits and ensure proper accounting procedures to meet financial objectives.

• Create financial reports based on data analysis and monitor financial data for accuracy.

• Manage the annual audit and tax returns for both entities.

• Manage a team of 6

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree preferred); CPA is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team in a manufacturing company.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

• Experience with ERP systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with standard operating procedures.
