PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 10+ pounds.
Visual acuity, speech, and hearing.
Hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.
Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions.
Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing accounts payable.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Advanced abilities with Excel.
Knowledge with Great Plains or similar accounting software
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks beyond general accounting.
Able to handle supervisory responsibility if necessary.
Understanding of payments, accounting, and budgeting.
