In this exciting role, you'll:
- Manage and process all incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in AR records and timely updates.
- Generate and issue invoices for construction projects, following up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and prepare AR reports to support month-end and revenue account closing processes.
- Maintain customer records, updating information such as contact details and billing preferences as needed.
- Draft and send standard correspondence for overdue accounts, contacting account holders to resolve past-due balances.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts, coordinating with the Collections Manager and clients.
- Assist in producing monthly billing statements based on the general ledger and project timelines.
- Generate and analyze reports on the status of customer accounts to inform management of AR performance.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 3 year of experience with full-cycle responsibilities, including account reconciliation and collections
- Advanced Excel skills, with recent hands-on experience using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Preferred: Netsuite / Oracle experience
