Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or institution required or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience handling accounts receivables, deductions, credit and collections
- Experience with automated cash application and deduction processing
- Credit and collections experience in Client or grocery a must
- Excellent credit and financial analysis skills and the ability to present results to Executive Team
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, sound judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a very high-paced, results-oriented environment and set priorities and work independently and/or with the team to drive superior results
- Ability to recognize and communicate issues and road blocks to team members and executives
- Ability to establish process, set standards and manage with strong leadership skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive results with both direct reports and / to improve the overall efficiency of the department
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of ERP systems and Trade Promotion Management Tools and knowledge of D&B reporting.
