Senior Administrator, Customer Service - Device & Parts (French speaking) IV - The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a prominent client of ours.  This position is FULLY REMOTE. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $22-24.50/hour to start!
• Assignment Length: 6 months with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget.
• Shift: Monday – Friday, Standard Shift, 100% REMOTE
• Responsibilities include:
  • Provide support to the Canadian device capital business and both internal & external customers with all aspects of ordering, invoicing, and asset management tracking.
  • Manage the input of all Oracle transactions associated with Equipment Contracts.
  • Manage incoming phone and email communications from customers, field sales or various company employees.
  • Input orders for serialized monitoring equipment, spare parts, and invasive monitoring equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate serialized device tracking.
  • Work closely with Device Inventory Specialist to assure orders are shipped according to customer implementation schedules and are for the correct version of device software.
  • Responsibility to code appropriate statuses on devices upon awareness of such activities as returns to destruction companies, equipment loss or equipment no longer being supported through our Service Center.
  • Expedite urgent requests, following through with Field Sales to ensure product delivery details are communicated through to delivery.
  • Be able to come up with creative solutions for customers both internal and external with minimal supervision? Take on special projects with little to no guidance and continually seek out process improvements.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma REQUIRED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in French REQUIRED. French Canadian a plus!
• Proficient in MS office including, Excel, Outlook and Word REQUIRED.
• Experience in general office environment REQUIRED. Medical/Pharma/Med device industry a plus!
• Experience with Oracle a plus but not required.
