Senior Advancement Coordinator - Cottage Health

Join Cottage Health as the Senior Advancement Coordinator. In partnership with the Manager of Advancement Services, the Senior Advancement Coordinator assists with the department's gift processing procedures and the timely processing and accurate recording of gifts, donor information for all of the Cottage Health Foundations. Responsible for tax receipts and donor acknowledgements as well as proofing, copywriting and editing selected Advancement published information. Position also provides Advancement department administrative support and coordinates the department's gift processing.

QUALIFICATIONS

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Minimum: Two year college degree or four plus years of comparable training and experience which provides skills to perform the job tasks competently

Preferred: Four year college degree

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum: Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum: 3 years of office administrative services, processes and procedures

Preferred: 5 years of office administrative services in the health care field and non-profit business solutions (Raiser's Edge, etc)
