Position Summary: Represents Spring Hills Assisted Living on various levels cultivating relationships. This position is responsible for counseling prospects, scheduling tours, answering phone calls, conducting follow ups with Family members. Helps create community initiatives, which allow the Company to raise its public exposure, create industry awareness, and develop referral relationships.
Essential Functions:
Converts prospects into move ins. Demonstrates a strong knowledge of sales strategy and implementation. Arranges on-site tours with prospective residents and their families for the purpose of discovery. Follows up with prospects via phone. Maintains a detailed, manual tracking system on all prospects. Continuously create unique, and personal follow up for prospects and their families. Maintains current knowledge of key competitor pricing, strengths, and weaknesses Build and cultivate relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals, and business development leads Attends work as scheduled, including nights and weekends, and follows community’s call-off procedures Process pertinent marketing information in a timely fashion.

- Speech Recognition - The ability to identify and understand the speech of another person.

- Deductive Reasoning - The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
Experience and Education: Some college. One year or more call center experience, guest relations, senior living, luxury products, sales, and referral agencies. Efficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.
