Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Casino Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be primarily responsible for assisting in all planning and forecasting activities for Global Casino Operations (GCO), across all brands. This will include revenue forecasting, expense management, and capital planning; as well as a deep understanding of the GCO operating model.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead in the preparation and submission of annual planning activities & ongoing forecasts
- Lead monthly close processes including variance research/analysis, key performance reporting to leadership
- Administrative updates and maintenance of financial planning tools, including updates to voyage & itinerary details, ship tracking, capital appropriation requests
- Assist with special and ad-hoc projects as required including process improvements and automation, improvement in reporting capabilities, and expense tracking/analytics
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics
- 4-5 years of experience as a financial analyst or related position. Industry experience is a plus.
- CPA and/or GAAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; effective project and time management skills; must be able to multi-task and prioritize
