This role in summary
Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Field Sales Senior Analyst.
The Field Sales (Commission) team develops and manages relationships through on-site visits, phone calls and special event participation. Negotiates partnership agreements to achieve desired revenue and profitability objectives. Drives joint partner/channel sales opportunities. Uses sales tools for accurate forecasting of current and future business.
For this role, you will grow margin, revenue, share, and volume with Retail and Builder accounts in the Dallas, Texas market.

Your responsibilities will include
- Contribute to sales team success by sharing market and competitive information
- Develop relationships with existing and potential new trade customers
- Negotiate and close profitable sales; prospecting and market development
- Train trade partners on the merits of Whirlpool Corporation's products
- Prepare and renew quotes for specific projects
- Networking with buy groups and other applicable professional organizations relevant to trade customers
- Work with accounts to align on display assortments, excellent merchandising and compelling marketing plans to promote Whirlpool Corporation's products
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of sales experience
Preferred skills and experiences
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to grow a business
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with insights-driven selling and professional sales processes
- Strong understanding of the contract distribution channel in the single-family, multi-family, and authorized contract distributor segments
