Reef is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst and Project Coordinator to help manage our Black Desert Resort and Community project in Ivins, Utah. This role works in tandem with our Project Director coordinating all activities at the project, including development, construction, hospitality operations, golf course management, dining, and event services. This role requires a leader with experience in financial analysis, organization coordination, and team building. '
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of financial analysis, project coordination, operations management, investment banking, private equity, and/or relevant real estate experience,
- Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier school
- Ability to build and utilize financial models for the purposes of coordination and quantified decision-making
- Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a high EQ
- Ability to develop rapport with existing and potential partners and other third-party stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Create a global coordination and communication system for all greater Black Desert project components, including development, construction, hospitality operations, golf course management, dining, and event services.
- Business Development: Coordinate efforts to assess and integrate new business opportunities that enhance the project's value proposition and capture additional revenue streams.
- Execution and Accountability: Create systems and processes to disseminate strategic operational initiatives to ensure all business units are focused on centralized priorities.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with other key participants involved in the Black Desert project to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
- Leadership and Culture: Mentor and lead a team fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all functional areas.
