Role Summary:As a Supply Chain Risk Analyst specializing in supply chain screenings, you will be responsible for ensuring that our supply chain complies with U.S. Customs regulations, trade laws, and ethical standards. Your primary role will be to conduct and oversee due diligence processes and ensure that we comply with all federal requirements related to forced labor risks in the supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trade compliance, legal, procurement, sustainability and supply chain to safeguard the integrity of our supply chain and mitigate risk.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough forced labor screenings for suppliers and other third-party partners, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and forced labor prevention laws.
- Analyze supplier data and documentation to identify potential risk indicators related to forced labor.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to request additional information required from suppliers to assess forced labor risk.
- Manage relationship with third party system software solution providers.
- Review, process, and maintain documentation for entities screened for forced labor concerns.
- Ensure compliance with identified trade policies and collaborate with internal stakeholders on potential forced labor exposure risks.
- Maintain and update supplier tier mapping to ensure full supply chain transparency.
- Support internal compliance policies and procedures to meet U.S. government regulations.
- Participate in risk assessments of suppliers and maintain thorough records of all screenings and decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams including trade compliance, procurement, responsible sourcing, third party risk management, responsible sourcing, and legal to define key metrics for supply chain risk and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Analytics, Program Management, Project Management, trade compliance, sustainability, third party risk management, or a related field, with a focus on supplier risk management, forced labor screenings, or customs compliance.
- Strong understanding of forced labor and U.S. customs regulations, including the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
- Experience working with supply chain tracing, risk analysis and/or screening tools, and databases .
- Familiarity with investigative and screening platforms such as Kharon and Sayari to identify potential forced labor and trade compliance risks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience working with external legal advisors, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities is a plus.
- Experience working within an manufacturing environment is a bonus.
- Chinese language skills are a bonus.
- 1st shift working hours (8am-5pm)
- 5% travel required
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $87,300 - $109,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
