Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.- Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping flow experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund, etc
- Be responsible for building excellent shopping experience in TikTok live streaming and short videos, and building tools for live streamers.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: - Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.- Proven experience in understanding of the Android framework.- Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.- Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases.Preferred Qualifications:- Understanding of business, especially e-commerce business, technical abstraction and system module design.- Team communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-timezone collaboration.- Passion for or and proven experience in building consumer-facing products.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives
