Senior AP Specialist at KBW Financial

Privately held real estate development company is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to add to their team. This role will require entering invoices, processing check runs, and working closely with vendors. We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of full cycle AP experience.

Responsibilities include: 

• Enter AP invoices daily
• Process weekly check runs
• Partner with internal departments related to expense reports, invoice approval, and PO's
• Communicate with vendors 
• Other ad hoc responsibilities with the Controller

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 4+ years of full cycle AP experience
• Experience within the real estate experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with Yardi
