Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Application Analyst - Senior Application Analyst (Oracle DRM)
• Proactively support, upgrade and maintain technology in a timely manner at a reasonable cost
• Install, document, test, program/script, and troubleshoot applications and databases on Windows, Citrix, and/or Linux systems
• Perform work that is complex, varied and significant impact
• Mentor junior level analysts
• Develop solutions, application links and provide or facilitate training
• Provide support for budgeted and unplanned projects
• Participate on application implementation projects and may manage some projects
• Maintain Pioneer employee productivity
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Manage vendor relationships and control cost escalation
• Effectively work across IT teams to provide support for IT initiatives such as Top Opportunities
• Oversee the DRM application and provide expert skills and best practices
• Understand the different business uses of the DRM application; how they are successfully maintained and expanded
• Administer DRG – Data Relationship Governance (workflow for hierarchy changes) and build validations that ensure quality adds/updates to accounts and cost centers
• Function as a liaison between the business and IT
• Provide structure and organization with the maintenance of DRM including the timely creation of the current working version which feeds all downstream applications
• Assist with innovative ideas that make the flow of metadata streamlined and efficient, thereby having one source of truth
• Create custom exports for downstream system's use as well as analysis
• Manage appropriate security for DRM users
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience is required
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; consideration given for technical knowledge as it relates to a degree
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, Citrix, and/or Linux
• Training or experience in databases and scripting or programming is strongly preferred
• Must be proficient in building, managing and scheduling integrations between DRM and receiving applications
• Must understand relational database design and database views
• Salary competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience
