About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applications Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various business applications for Financial Accounting, Contracts, Billing, Timesheets, AP Invoicing, Payroll, and Supply Chain purchasing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or a related technical field plus 8 or more years related experience.
- Experience with Java, application interface/integration with XML web services interfaces, and advanced Oracle PL/SQL skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work under minimal direct supervision.
