About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Architect to start working with a client of ours in Evansville, IN as soon as possible. This candidate should have a background in Healthcare projects.

Pay Rate: $130k - $145k

Requirements
- Manage project oversight, establish design direction, and produce technical drawings
- Develop budgets, set project schedules, and ensure timely completion
- Prepare markups for project engineers, drafters, and intern architects
- Design and deliver presentations, engaging directly with clients
- Strong knowledge of building codes, industry trends, and structural design principles
- Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions
- Bachelors degree in Architecture required; Masters degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in architecture
- NCIDQ certification
- LEED or WELL AP certification or equivalent experience
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Pay Rate: $130k - $145k
