Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Designer position include:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in single-family and high-density residential design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Lead project coordination with clients and consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration
• Provide leadership to project teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Possess excellent presentation, graphic, and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of architectural styles, building materials, codes, and entitlements
• Hand sketching and illustration skills are strongly preferred
• Licensed Architect in California with NCARB certification preferred

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
