Long-term, full-time Senior Drafter/Job Captain career opportunity with a renowned nationwide architectural and design firm which offers a wide range of services and known for significantly impacting modern residential architecture and communities.
Position Summary
Senior Drafter/Job Captain, assists the Project Manager in producing high-quality construction documents efficiently and profitably.
Minimum Requirements

• Associate's degree in Drafting/Design
• 3-8 years’ experience in single-family and/or multi-family residential architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and manual processes to create construction documents
• Follow project standards and guidelines
• Convert verbal and written instructions into final documents
• Draft specification changes as needed
• Proofread work and generate architectural plans and graphics

Job Details

• Location(s): Philadelphia, PA | Charlotte, NC | Tampa, FL
• Schedule: 4-day week schedule with hybrid flexibility available
• Term: Full-Time, CTH or Direct Hire available
• Pay: ~ $60k/yr—$75k/yr / ($28.85/hr—$36.06/hr)
• Travel: None
• Interview: Conducted via Teams, with a CAD test expected
